Program Overview
The General Studies program at Seattle Pacific University allows students to create their own interdisciplinary major by selecting 70 credits from three disciplines related to their degree objectives. Students must work with faculty in the three academic disciplines to complete a Major Application form, write a statement of rationale, and submit a major contract to the Office of the Registrar for review by academic departments. At least 20 credits, but not more than 35 credits, will be applied in each discipline.
