Program Overview

The Diploma of Human Resource Management equips students with the skills to manage employee relations, coordinate workforce planning, and implement WHS policies. The program includes 12 units, with 7 core units and 5 elective units, and prepares graduates for careers in human resources, such as human resources officer, recruitment consultant, and workplace relations officer.
