Program Overview

This Positive Leadership short course teaches a set of techniques that use positive psychology to bring out the best in others. You'll learn the benefits and qualities of positive leadership, including the mindset and communication methods required to create sustainable positive environments in the workplace. You'll be introduced to seven leadership behaviors that build positivity within teams. As part of the training, you will build your own positive leadership strategy which can be applied to your workplace.
