Program Overview

Northampton Community College's Industrial Skills Grant Training provides short-term career readiness programs for job seekers to gain skills and credentials for high-demand positions. The programs are free to those who qualify and feature updated curriculum, hands-on instruction, and industry guest speakers. A designated student success coach helps students overcome barriers, and employability skills are woven throughout the programs.
