Program Overview

This UCLA Extension course, Making Tough Leadership Decisions Easier in Times of Crisis, teaches leaders how to make the right decisions at the right time during a crisis. The course covers topics such as understanding the needs of your organization, identifying key leadership skills affecting decision-making, and recognizing and managing desires from different stakeholders. By taking this course, leaders can learn how to make decisions that will help their organizations survive and thrive during a crisis.
