Program Overview

This program provides an overview of agile project management methods, including Scrum and Kanban. It covers the key roles, responsibilities, and processes associated with agile methods and how they can help organizations adapt to changing conditions. The course also prepares students for the PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)® certification and the Certified Scrum Professional–ScrumMaster (CSP-SM)® and Professional Scrum Master (PSM)® certifications.
