Program Overview

This course focuses on the relationship between society and the environment. It analyzes the interrelations between social and environmental factors, including issues such as environment and health, disaster, the ecosystem, environmental policy, sustainability, environmental justice, environmental risk, globalization, ecofeminism, environmental attitudes and behaviors, the social construction of nature, and the environmental movement.
