Program Overview

This course is part of the UCLA Henry Samueli School of Engineering and Applied Science (HSSEAS) Master of Science in Engineering Online (MSOL) program. It covers principles of RF circuit and system design, with emphasis on monolithic implementation in VLSI technologies. Topics include basic concepts, communications background, transceiver architectures, low-noise amplifiers and mixers, oscillators, frequency synthesizers, and power amplifiers.
