Program Overview

This 11-week online course explores musculoskeletal anatomy and biomechanics, providing a foundation for fitness instructors. Led by Elizabeth Likes, the program covers movement analysis, injury prevention, and exercise design. Students will gain the knowledge and skills to analyze movement, identify poor mechanics, and develop safe and effective exercise programs.
