Program Overview

This online course in Corporate Governance and Business Ethics explores the key concepts, frameworks, and issues related to ethical decision-making in business. Led by instructor Didem Komaromi, the course covers historical, global, and regulatory perspectives on corporate governance and ethics. Students will engage with the material at their own pace during the Spring 2024 semester, from April 1 to June 16.
