Program Overview

This one-day seminar introduces the skills and knowledge for researching and analyzing real estate investment opportunities to provide supplemental income, retirement income, or for long-term portfolio diversification. Topics include real estate investment options, including investing directly in income-producing properties or through real estate investment trusts (REITS); an analysis of real estate rates of return, loan and interest rate options; recourse; and tax-related issues.
