Program Overview

This online construction project management course, taught by industry experts, covers all aspects of project management from a contractor's perspective, focusing on publicly owned projects. Students will learn about real-world job issues, conflicts, and resolutions, and have the opportunity to work on real-world projects. Graduates will be prepared for careers in construction project management, including project managers, project engineers, and superintendents.
