Program Overview

This course provides an overview of construction cost estimation using RSMeans®, a tool used by professional estimators and project managers. It covers methodology and techniques for quantifying project elements, applying them to labor, material, and schedule applications, and introducing quantification through detailed study of basic trades. The course aims to develop skills in estimating the total cost of construction projects.
