Teacher Induction Mentor Support B Course

Program Overview

This course provides individualized teaching support from a highly qualified mentor teacher to employed teachers admitted to the California Teacher Induction - Clear Credential Program (online). The mentor guidance helps address teaching challenges and build enduring professional knowledge and skills through ongoing coaching and guided reflection on teaching. Participating teachers receive an average of not less than one hour per week of individualized support throughout each academic year during which they are enrolled in the induction program.
