Program Overview

The Craft of the Cinematographer capstone course provides hands-on experience in cinematography principles and techniques. Students complete short film assignments, attend lectures, and participate in workshops covering aesthetics, composition, lighting, and film genres. Taught by an experienced cinematographer, the hybrid course prepares students for careers in film and television, including cinematography, camera operation, and lighting.
