Program Overview

This course introduces the fundamental tools and principles used by cinematographers to create digital or film images. It covers topics such as visualization, the negative, filters/lenses, lighting, color, laboratory procedures, camera systems, special effects, and image control. Students will gain a solid foundation for applying the concepts presented and prepare for subsequent cinematography workshops.
