Emotional Intelligence and UX
Course Description
This course will provide an overview of several facets of emotional intelligence (also known as "EQ"), providing scenarios to illustrate the importance of EQ to one's level of success in user experience (UX) and how it can optimize one's operation.

- Learn about the importance and value of emotional intelligence and its place in user-centered design efforts
- Engage with written and video-based content to help drive a greater understanding about emotional intelligence
- Obtain hands-on experience through the completion of various case study exercises to build emotional intelligence

About This Course
Though often overlooked, soft skills are of critical importance to a UX designer. The ability to interact with and relate to team members, stakeholders, clients, and leadership is necessary for a successful career.
