Program Overview

This program provides a comprehensive overview of composite materials, their properties, and applications in the aerospace industry. Students will explore the manufacturing processes, strength properties, and repair techniques for composite materials. Hands-on experience with non-destructive and destructive testing methods is also included. The program culminates in a project where students identify old materials in aerospace and propose incorporating a new composite platform.
