Program Overview

This 11-week online course, offered in Spring 2024, provides an overview of project monitoring and control techniques. It covers the relationship between project planning and control, methods for tracking progress and analyzing performance, and strategies for effectively monitoring and controlling project work to achieve desired goals. Led by Tony Swaim, the course offers a unique approach to project management.
