Program Overview
This online or in-person program provides a comprehensive overview of outsourcing, covering key legal considerations, contract processes, financial performance analysis, negotiation tactics, and domestic and international outsourcing models. Led by an authorized PMI trainer, the course prepares students for careers in project management, supply chain management, and other fields where outsourcing is prevalent.

- Process for closing or terminating a contract
- Calculating the financial performance of a contract based on contract terms and identifying areas for improvement in contract administration
- Different negotiation tactics and the value of applying different approaches on varying relationships with win-win outcomes
- Distinguishing between domestic and off-shoring (International) outsourcing models
