The Murina (Aboriginal Enabling) Program empowers Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students with the skills and confidence to pursue undergraduate studies. Embedded in a Pakana cultural framework, the program focuses on developing academic, research, and study skills through units exploring Tasmanian Aboriginal history and culture. Offered on a blended learning approach with 'On Country' experiences, the program provides a pathway to success in higher education.

- Overview: The Murina (Aboriginal Enabling) Program (W0D) is a pathway designed for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students to gain the skills and confidence to commence undergraduate studies and pursue other vocational goals. The Program offers units that explore people, place and politics using narrative approaches and storytelling to advance study skills, all through a Tasmanian Aboriginal lens.
- Objectives: The Murina course aims to support Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students in gaining the necessary skills, confidence and knowledge to succeed at undergraduate study. The Murina Program is embedded in a strong Pakana cultural framework and has a rigorous focus on developing a range of academic, research and study skills. Students have the opportunity to enrol in University Preparation Program units as electives to strengthen their transition into further studies.

- Structure: The program is offered on the Sandy Bay, Newnham and Cradle Coast campuses through a blended learning approach whilst incorporating 'On Country' experiences to strengthen knowledge and resilience to give voice and agency.
- Course Schedule: The program is offered on a full-time or part-time basis. The full-time program can be completed in one year, while the part-time program can be completed in up to three years.
