Program Overview

The Undergraduate Certificate in Climate Accounting equips students with the knowledge and skills to support businesses in accounting for and reducing their greenhouse gas emissions. Graduates will be able to estimate carbon emissions, interpret climate policies and frameworks, and use this knowledge to inform business decision-making. The program provides a comprehensive understanding of climate accounting, including the science of climate change, climate reporting frameworks and policies, and practical experience in collecting and analyzing carbon impact data. Graduates will be in high demand for accounting firms, business consultation and advice, and for most larger businesses and organizations in Australia and globally.
