Program Overview

This combined BA/BIS and MS program equips students with the knowledge and skills necessary for a career in human resources. Students choose three courses from a selection of five, including HR Analytics, Organizational Behavior, Training & Development, Foundations of Strategic HR, and Organization Development. The program prepares graduates for roles in human resources management, organizational development, and related fields.
