Program Overview

This interdisciplinary program trains students to become immigrant advocates, providing a holistic understanding of immigration and practical skills in advocacy, including client interviewing, case management, and legal representation. Graduates are eligible to become Department of Justice "accredited representatives," providing low-cost legal assistance to migrant and refugee families. The program offers flexible start dates and includes modules preparing students for partial and full accreditation.
