Program Overview

The Bachelor of Social Work program prepares students to become generalist social workers with knowledge in social work theories and skills in practice, research, and policy analysis. Delivered through distance learning, the program combines online courses and web conferences, offering flexibility for students outside of Winnipeg or in community-based groups. The curriculum includes courses on social welfare, social justice, human behavior, and specialized topics such as anti-racist practice and social work with marginalized communities.
