This capstone program enables learners to synthesize knowledge and skills from previous courses to create a project, investigate a topic of choice, and reflect on their regulation process. Learners receive feedback from employers and present their project to their organization. The program aims to foster meaning and joy in individuals through the application of regulation in practice.
