The Level 7 Strategic Sales Management course enables learners to construct a customer service plan for their organisation to improve customer retention, sales, and lifetime value. Upon successful completion of this course, learners take away the most essential industry-specific sales skills and knowledge.

How it Works

• Students can complete the Level 7 diploma online, with the flexibility to start at any time.
• Each module consists of 40 hours of guided online learning, with an additional 30-50 hours worth of optional materials.
• To complete the course, students will submit 3 online assignments at Level 7, each approximately 2,000-3,000 words.
