Program Overview

This program provides an overview of gender-based violence (GBV) legislation, policies, and services in Malta. It explores the role of human resources in preventing and responding to GBV in the workplace, and focuses on changing workplace culture and attitudes towards GBV. The program aims to equip participants with the knowledge and skills to contribute to preventing and responding to GBV in their own workplaces.
