The Award in Principles of Management focuses on the four core functions of management: planning, control, organizing, and leadership. It also covers topics such as the learning organization, managerial communication, vision, mission, goals, objectives, SWOT analysis, core competencies, strategic planning, business planning, organizational design, organizational culture, change management, the value chain, quality management, project management, agile principles of project management, accounting, finance priorities for management, and enterprise risk management.
