Program Overview

The Merchandising Minor at East Tennessee State University provides students with a comprehensive understanding of fashion merchandising through required courses in fashion fundamentals, merchandising, and visual merchandising. Students can customize their studies by selecting three electives from a range of options, including consumer textiles, apparel product analysis, and fashion advertising and promotion. This minor prepares students for careers in the fashion industry, equipping them with the knowledge and skills necessary to succeed in various roles.
