Program Overview
The military science program prepares students for leadership roles in the United States Army. It develops managerial and leadership abilities, introduces students to the Army's mission and organization, and prepares advanced-course students for commissioned officer service in the Active Army, Army Reserve, or Army National Guard. Graduates are qualified for a commission as a second lieutenant.
