Introduction to the Biomedical Sciences Pre-Pharmacy Program

The Biomedical Sciences Pre-Pharmacy major is designed to prepare students for admission into Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) programs. This major provides a strong foundation in the sciences, particularly biology, chemistry, and physiology, along with coursework in mathematics, health sciences, and social sciences.

Program Overview

Students gain critical thinking and problem-solving skills essential for success in pharmacy school and the healthcare field. Graduates of the Pre-Pharmacy major are well-equipped to pursue advanced studies in pharmacy and enter careers in community pharmacies, hospitals, research institutions, and pharmaceutical industries.
