  • The program is designed to equip students with the knowledge and skills needed to be successful leaders and business strategists in the field of Human Resource Management.
  • It covers a wide range of topics, including employee relations, management of change, HR operations, recruitment and selection, strategic human resource management, learning and development, and occupational health and safety.
  • The program also focuses on current trends and preparing graduates for the future of work by providing them with the opportunity to participate in industry-based projects and learn about HR practices in the contemporary business context.
  • Students will have the opportunity to graduate with a double major by choosing one more specialization from the list of specializations offered under Bachelor of Business.
  • Our Bachelor of Business major in Human Resource Management degree (previously known as Bachelor of Commerce: Human Resource Management) is accredited by the human resource professional body Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) and graduates will become Associate Member of CIPD upon graduation.
