Program Overview

The Film and Screen Education PgCert at Queen Margaret University is a program designed for educators in Scotland to enhance their knowledge and skills in using film in educational settings. The program consists of three short courses that focus on embedding film in practice, reflecting on its use within the Curriculum for Excellence, and using film to enhance the educational experience of young learners. Completion of the program aligns with Professional Recognition in Film Education and Filmmaking Education from the General Teaching Council for Scotland.
