  • Focuses on enhancing participants' skills as person-centered practitioners in health and social care.
  • Develops leadership and facilitation skills for person-centered cultures and evidence-informed practices.
  • Duration: 5 days
  • Module 2 - Advancing Facilitation of Person Centred Cultures
  • Enables participants to explore advancing their person-centered facilitation knowledge and skills.
  • Employs service improvement and practice-based projects for learning.
  • Duration: 5 days

Teaching:

  • The program is facilitated by international experts in person-centered practice.

Other:

  • Participants can opt to undertake 20 credits at SCQF Level 9 for Module 1 and 20 credits at SCQF Level 11 for Module 2.
  • This is not a requirement for participation in the program.
