Facilitation for the Development for Person-Centred Cultures (equivalent to a single module)
Program Overview
This program consists of two modules that focus on person-centered practice in health and social care. Module 1 aims to enhance participants' skills as person-centered practitioners, while Module 2 enables them to advance their facilitation knowledge and skills. The program is facilitated by international experts and participants can opt to undertake credits at SCQF Level 9 and 11.

This program comprises two modules:
- Module 1 - Being a Person Centred Practitioner:
- Aims to help participants learn about person-centered practice.
- Focuses on enhancing participants' skills as person-centered practitioners in health and social care.
- Develops leadership and facilitation skills for person-centered cultures and evidence-informed practices.
- Duration: 5 days
- Module 2 - Advancing Facilitation of Person Centred Cultures
- Enables participants to explore advancing their person-centered facilitation knowledge and skills.
- Employs service improvement and practice-based projects for learning.
- Duration: 5 days
Teaching:
- The program is facilitated by international experts in person-centered practice.
Other:
- Participants can opt to undertake 20 credits at SCQF Level 9 for Module 1 and 20 credits at SCQF Level 11 for Module 2.
- This is not a requirement for participation in the program.
