Admission Requirements

Entry Requirements:


EU Home Students:

  • HCPC registered radiographer
  • Current CPR training
  • Working in clinical practice where venepuncture and intravenous cannulation are commonplace

International Overseas Students (outside the EU):

  • The above requirements for EU home students also apply to international students.
  • Additionally, international students must meet the following English language proficiency requirements:

English Language Proficiency Requirements:

  • IELTS: Overall score of 7.0 with no sub-score below 6.5
  • TOEFL: Paper-based: 600, Internet-based: 90
  • Cambridge English: Advanced (CAE): Grade C or above
  • Pearson Test of English (PTE Academic): Overall score of 65 with no sub-score below 59
  • Other equivalent qualifications, as approved by Queen Margaret University
