  • All modules are delivered online and provide a flexible learning option for practicing podiatrists.

Modules:

  • Advanced Competencies I & II (20/40 credits): Develop pre-agreed workplace competencies and critically evaluate the evidence base for your chosen area of work.
  • Requires access to an appropriate workplace setting.
  • Diagnostic Investigations for the Lower Limb (20 credits): Gain theoretical knowledge and understanding of various diagnostic and laboratory investigations for the lower limb.
  • Offered every second year.
  • Medical Imaging of the Foot and Ankle (20 credits): Develop critical understanding of diagnostic modalities for musculoskeletal and orthopaedic conditions.
  • Offered every second year, alternating with Diagnostic Investigations.
  • Enquiry-based Practice (20 credits): Understand research principles, methodologies, and analysis.
  • Fundamentals of Advancing Practice (20 credits): Gain critical knowledge and understanding of advanced practice.
  • Optional module (20 credits): Choose from approved Framework modules.
