Program Overview

La Salle University's Early Elementary/Special Education program equips students to teach in regular education, inclusion, or special education classrooms. The program combines coursework in early childhood education and special education with an American Studies major, field experiences, and opportunities to apply knowledge in real-world settings. Graduates are prepared for careers as early childhood teachers, special education teachers, educational therapists, and curriculum developers.
