Program Overview
The Diploma in Food & Beverage Service Operations is a two-semester program that equips students with the skills and knowledge to excel in the food and beverage service industry. The program covers a comprehensive range of topics, including customer service, food and beverage preparation, safety and sanitation, beverage service, restaurant operations, menu planning and management, and bar and beverage management. The program emphasizes practical experience through hands-on training, industry visits, and internships in real-world food and beverage establishments. Graduates can pursue a variety of careers in the food and beverage service industry, including Chef de Rang, Junior Maître d’hôtel, Banqueting Supervisor, Bar Supervisor, and Bartender.
