Program Overview

The Management program at Fairfield University's Dolan School of Business combines theory and real-world experience through its Action Learning Module. Students can choose from four concentrations: General Management, Human Resource Management, Business and Society, and Entrepreneurship. The program prepares students for successful careers in business or graduate school by equipping them with a broad perspective of managerial effectiveness and the skills necessary to thrive in the business world.
