- Project Planning: Devising a project plan, creating WBS, establishing controls.
- Project Execution: Coordinating people, materials, and processes.
- Project Control: Monitoring progress, identifying variances, taking corrective action.
- Closing-out: Formal acceptance, documenting lessons learned, archiving records.
