Outline:


First Semester (29 hours/week):

  • Physical Activity and Health (109-101-MQ): This course focuses on the relationship between physical fitness, a healthy lifestyle, and overall health.
  • Students experiment with various physical activities, analyze their adaptation to exercise, and develop relevant fitness choices based on their needs and preferences.
  • Studying at CEGEP (360-RE1-GA): This course equips students with the skills and strategies required for successful college studies.
  • It provides individual support, academic coaching, and guidance in completing tasks. It also guides students in academic and career planning with the help of professionals.

Second Semester (28 hours/week):

  • Physical Activity and Effectiveness (109-102-MQ): This course focuses on improving effectiveness through goal-setting and an objective-based approach.
  • Students set their own objectives, assess progress, and build empowerment in their chosen physical activities.
