Program Overview

The Indigenous Community and Social Development Ontario College Diploma Program equips individuals with the knowledge and skills to lead and contribute to Indigenous communities. It focuses on social and healthcare program planning, evaluation, and administration, emphasizing cultural understanding and social justice. Graduates are prepared for careers in outreach, cultural resource management, youth work, and other roles within Indigenous organizations. The program fosters a culturally inclusive learning environment and provides hands-on experience through co-op work terms.
