Program Overview

Georgian College's Home Inspection Training program, offered in partnership with Carson Dunlop and Associates, prepares students to become qualified home inspectors. The part-time program aligns with national standards and includes 10 mandatory courses covering various aspects of home inspection. Graduates are equipped to provide comprehensive home inspection reports and assist buyers in making informed decisions about property purchases.
