Program Overview

The Baking and Pastry Arts Ontario College Certificate Program at Georgian College is an eight-month program that provides hands-on training in baking and pastry making. Students learn traditional and contemporary baking methods, as well as business concepts and skills. The program prepares graduates for careers as bakers or pastry chefs in various settings, including fine dining restaurants, hotels, and bakeries.
