Program Overview

The Emergency Services Communicator program provides the foundational knowledge and skills required to become a 911 emergency operator. It covers call-taking, dispatching, crisis intervention, stress management, and disaster response. The part-time program consists of two courses and leads to an Attestation of Completion, opening up career opportunities in emergency services, such as dispatchers and 911 operators.
