Program Overview

The Community Paramedicine Micro-credential Program at Georgian College equips paramedics with advanced skills in community health and care coordination. Through a hybrid format of online learning and in-person sessions, graduates gain expertise in health assessment, chronic disease management, and interprofessional collaboration. The program prepares paramedics to enhance patient access to primary care, reduce unnecessary emergency department visits, and promote preventative care within the community.
