Program Overview

The Developmental Services Worker (DSW) Ontario College Diploma program equips students with the knowledge and skills to support individuals with developmental disabilities. The program emphasizes self-determination, advocacy, and community engagement. Students gain hands-on experience through supervised field placements and are prepared for diverse careers in the field, including direct support, education, and community support roles.
