Degree Overview:

These students are not majoring in accounting but want to pursue the CPA exam.
Students with an undergraduate degree:
These students must have completed the necessary business foundation prerequisites and want to pursue the CPA exam.

- Campus Students:
- Enrolled in a non-accounting business degree program at Auburn University.
- Meet course prerequisites.
- Earn a minimum 2.0 GPA across the eight courses.
- Adhere to Auburn University policies.
- No transfer credit permitted.
- Take all eight courses at Auburn University-Main Campus.
- Adhere to School of Accountancy policies.
- Apply through the Office of Undergraduate Admissions.
- Online Students:
- Hold a four-year undergraduate degree from a regionally accredited university.
- Complete the 24 hours of business foundation prerequisites.
- Meet course prerequisites.
- Earn a minimum 2.0 GPA across the eight courses.
- Adhere to Auburn University policies.
- US or APO address required.
- No transfer credit permitted.
- Take all eight courses at Auburn University.
- Adhere to School of Accountancy policies.
- Apply through the Office of Graduate & Online Programs in the School of Accountancy.
Course Requirements: The program requires 24 hours (eight courses) of upper-level (5000 level and above) accounting courses.
