Program Overview

The Graduate Diploma of Management (Learning) equips individuals with advanced knowledge and skills in organizational learning and capability development. Graduates are prepared for leadership roles in learning and development functions, including RTO Manager and RTO Director. The program combines face-to-face and online learning, emphasizing real-world application and critical thinking. Upon completion, graduates receive a Graduate Diploma and an academic transcript.
